While only a relatively small project for us, installing the back up power generator at the brand new IKEA facility in Canberra such that it would meet strict noise pollution requirements was nevertheless a challenge.
The project also had tight deadlines around the handover and opening dates for the facility. We therefore had to ensure everything was fully coordinated ahead of time so that, once our four -week window for installation opened up, we would be able to get in complete our work and get out again within the required timeframe.
We achieved all timeframes and deadlines and the project was completed on-time and under budget.
All installation and commissioning was completed without incident keeping our zero harm record in tact.
